We provide Minecraft, Virtual Private Server (VPS), Discord Bot Hosting, and Web Hosting services, hereinafter referred to as "Services." By purchasing, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by this TOS.
User Responsibility
You are solely and entirely responsible for any and all activity conducted through your account or server, regardless of who performs the activity. This includes but is not limited to:
- Hosting illegal or malicious content.
- Running unauthorized software or exploits.
- Conducting or facilitating attacks such as DDoS.
- Violating applicable laws or regulations.
We are not responsible for any actions taken by our customers. Any misuse of services may lead to suspension or termination without notice or refund, and if necessary, reporting to law enforcement.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Service downtime.
- Customer dissatisfaction.
- Account termination due to TOS violations.
- Mistaken purchases.
By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be provided for any reason.
Fair Usage & Resource Limits
We reserve the right to monitor server usage. Excessive or abusive use of resources that negatively impacts other users may result in throttling, suspension, or termination of your service.
Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of this TOS or other unacceptable behavior, including but not limited to:
- Abuse or harassment of staff or other users.
- Attempting to circumvent system restrictions.
- Hosting prohibited content.
Changes to TOS
We reserve the right to change or update this TOS at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to check for updates periodically.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
